Ladies and gentlemen, this is why you should not street race.
In Stuttgart Germany, an illegal street race occurred which ended up with the destruction of a Lamborghini Muricelago and the death of both the driver and passenger of said car. The accident happened on the A8 near Neuhausen. The Muricelago was racing against some Ferraris (from the pictures, seems like two Ferrari F355 Challenges; one dressed in a tasteful Alitalia Livery and an F430 Scuderia) when it was reported that the Murcielago veered off the road, slammed into an embankment and thrown back to the highway where it burst into flames. From the pictures from the link above, I can only guess that the car flipped a couple of times as well before the fire happened, sealing the fate of both occupants in the car.
The Ferraris in question.
So, please, don’t endanger yourself, your passengers or the people around you. It doesn’t matter if you have a million dollar car or a thousand dollar car. Save the racing for the track/drag strip. Street racing is illegal for a reason.
